Radek Šírl (born 20 March 1981 in Rudná) is a Czech football midfielder. He currently plays for FK Mladá Boleslav. His former clubs include Sparta Prague and Bohemians Prague. He plays as a left midfielder or left back. He has been called up to the Czech Republic national football team. He also played for them at the 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship. He was part of the Zenit St. Petersburg team that won the 2008 UEFA cup beating Rangers 2–0 in the final.
